We offer a wide range of processes to enrich textile supports, suitable for the development of clothing styling, home linen, furnishing accessories. Our technical expertise allows us to make it possible to use these processes on precious and particular fabrics.
Applications, cords, embroideries used with innovative methods, follow the creativity of the projects with very interesting results.

A gift can be personalized with a distinctive sign, such as a logo or the initials of one’s name, which remains forever imprinted on the object to testify to individuality. For each object, depending on the needs and materials, you can choose between different ways of customization that Marin Programs Jacquards puts at your disposal:

Embroidery

this technology highlights the logo with elegance, in fact the message is in fact drawn with the needle on the surface of the object. Embroidery can be done on flat (e.g. t-shirts) or cylindrical (e.g. hats) surfaces. It is ideal for multi-coloured brands or designs: it allows you to embroider up to a maximum of 9 colours at the same cost. It is particularly suitable for hats, T-shirts, sweatshirts and other clothing. This customization method can only be used on fabrics. Obviously you cannot reproduce details or minute characters, nuances or overly elaborate designs.

Pad Printing

it is a more refined printing method than screen printing. We use medium automation machines, precise and fast. It is also a printing method suitable for reproducing the image even on curved surfaces. It does not require a frame, in fact it boasts a plate system similar to offset printing, with a silicone pad that takes a quantity of ink from the plate and brings it back to the surface of the object. Very minute details, extremely thin lines and shades can be reproduced; you can customize objects of the most varied shapes, with flat or curved surfaces. The coverage of the type of ink used is not particularly powerful, although it is bright and tenacious: a method that is not specifically suitable therefore for printing very large bases and intended to contrast dark surfaces

Silkscreen printing

is an artistic printing technique of images and graphics on any medium. It is used on finished products, giving the possibility to customize even low quantities.

Digital print

it is a digital print on a special “paper” label specially prepared for hot transfer onto the product. Through a hot press, the printed support adheres tenaciously to the fabric. Currently intended for textile material. It is ideal for multicolour and / or colour-code printing because it allows you to limit customization costs as much as possible and to reproduce even very minute details

Offset printing

in this technique the printed and non-printed parts lie on the same plane and therefore the matrices do not have incisions. Exclusively for large (500 pcs.) Quantities, it allows you to customize items such as notes and notebooks by going to print on each single page of the interior or on the title page

Engraving

laser engraving is a permanent and extremely flexible marking system for identifying parts and components. Laser marking increasingly replaces other more expensive and less efficient marking systems such as pad printing, hot stamping and screen printing.
